\u201cBefore coming here in 1994, I used to work for a big electronics store in Korea. I came here for a vacation and fell so in love with Saipan that I decided to relocate my family and start a business here and opening an electronics store is the one that I know inside out,\u201d said owner Kim Young Jin.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe used to be in Chalan Piao. \u2026Just last month, we moved to our new location here in Spring Plaza Gualo Rai. It\u2019s a good change as the location is better,\u201d Jin added.<\/p>\n
Jin can state all of the products he sells with eyes closed as he handles the store personally. \u201cWe have home and car electronics, television, laptops, tablets, kitchen items such as refrigerators, dishwasher, etc. You can find all our electronics needs here, whether it is for home or office,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
JIn claims to have no secret when it comes to his store\u2019s staying power and being in business for so long. \u201cWe just offer the best quality products like Kenwood and Sony, to name a few, direct from the [U.S.] mainland. \u2026That\u2019s why customers come back because they\u2019re getting their money\u2019s worth,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Jin said that he doesn\u2019t compare his pricing system with other stores that sell similar products. \u201cI always give the best price and my customers know that. Right now, we have an ongoing sale for various items [where] we give 10% to 15% discount on various items.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cOver the years, whenever I see a customer come back to the store, that tells me that that person was satisfied with his or her earlier purchase. We don\u2019t compromise on the quality of our products and the items comes with warranty,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
