At that time, he was considered armed and dangerous as among the items he allegedly had stolen from a home last on Feb. 4. included a gun.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers were conducting patrol on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020, at about 10pm and were on the lookout for Mu\u00f1a when one of the officers spotted him at the Dollar Poker parking lot in Garapan and notified dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>At about 10:23pm, police executed the arrest warrant on Mu\u00f1a for the charges of reckless driving, theft of a vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession, and receiving stolen property.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The stolen firearms and ammunition have not been recovered as of present time.<\/p>\n<p>Mu\u00f1a was brought to the Department of Corrections where he was booked and detained.<\/p>\n<p>If you notice someone in recent possession of any firearm, report it. Dial 911 immediately. If you wish to remain anonymous, call the CNMI Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272. <strong>(Saipan Tribune)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Scheduled water outage on Wednesday<\/strong><br \/>\nThere will be a scheduled water service interruption for the areas of Capital Hill 1200 Block, 1300 Block, Wireless Ridge, Eggi Drive, Marshall Loop and for customers along Capital Hill Isa Drive to the Kagman Mobil gas station tomorrow, Feb. 12, from 8am to 4pm. Commonwealth Utilities Corp. customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of water services soon after. <\/p>\n<p>The water outage will allow CUC\u2019s water operations personnel to perform repairs on five service line leaks on Marshall Loop in Capital Hill.
