Bistro Marianas Restaurant and Bar opened its doors earlier this month inside the Chalan Kanoa Beach Hotel.<\/p>\n
Owner Reynaldo Faustino said close friends urged him to open a new restaurant in the area that would serve good food at affordable prices with a relaxing venue.<\/p>\n
\u201cBistro Marianas is a product of our perseverance to expand our business. Since we have a lot of local residents who patronize and trust us for our food offerings and service from another business (Bitoy\u2019s BBQ), we hope that we can serve them more with Bistro Marianas,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have everything you can ask for\u2014good ambiance by the beach, clean facilities, and good service. We will try to be as accommodating as possible to the needs of our customers. We have local and western-style kinds of dishes which are the popular meals among local residents,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Breakfast is a la carte style of menu that includes omelettes, breakfast combos like Portuguese sausage, Spam, bacon, corned beef, beef tapa. and pork longanisa all paired with fried egg and fried rice.<\/p>\n
Lunch offers a la carte special lunch menu that is different every day and a variety of dishes one can choose from. Single choice is only $4.50, two choices is only $5.50, and three choices is only $6.50. <\/p>\n
Soon, Bistro Marianas will be open for happy hour and dinner. \u201cFor happy hour, we will be serving appetizers that goes well with beer or cocktail drinks like sisig and barbecue. We also plan to put up a pork rotisserie grill on the side where people can just see the meat by themselves,\u201d Faustino said.<\/p>\n
\u201cA live band will also be there to play good songs and take requests. Since we are located by the beach, happy hour will prove to be unforgettable here at Marianas Bistro\u2014more peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Garapan,\u201d Faustino added.<\/p>\n
