At around 3:28am, an officer was conducting routine patrol along Pau Pau Beach in San Roque, when he noticed the victim\u2019s vehicle drive past. Upon conducting a vehicle stop, the operator got out of the vehicle and identified himself as Travis Camacho. Camacho was arrested for operating a stolen vehicle. He was brought to the Department of Corrections where he was later released.<\/p>\n<p>On Feb. 18, 2020, CNMI Superior Court Associate Judge Wesley M. Bogdan signed and issued an arrest warrant for Camacho for the charges of disturbing the peace and robbery, with bail set at $20,000. On Feb. 19, 2020, at about 4:24pm, police arrested Camacho in Chalan Kanoa and brought him to DOC where he was booked and detained.
