{"id":318463,"date":"2020-03-04T06:01:20","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T20:01:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=318463"},"modified":"2020-03-04T06:01:20","modified_gmt":"2020-03-03T20:01:20","slug":"ite-not-doing-construction-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/ite-not-doing-construction-work\/","title":{"rendered":"IT&#038;E not doing construction work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IT&amp;E has clarified that it is currently not performing any roadside construction, in response to people asking about roadside excavations being done in parts of Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement Monday, IT&amp;E said it has received inquiries about ongoing roadside construction projects and denied having any such project, to eliminate any confusion.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions or concerns about ongoing construction in your area, IT&amp;E urged the public to contact the Department of Public Works. <\/p>\n<p>It stressed, though, that the community\u2019s safety is a top priority. \u201cIT&amp;E advises all motorists to take extra care while driving past any roadside construction and to be mindful of any signage and personnel,\u201d it said.
