Some may not be able to make payment at all and others may wish to continue paying but under modified terms.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Payment relief is available to consumer and commercial loan customers. Arroyo encourages customers to call or visit the bank\u2019s Loan Department to arrange a plan works best for them. The Loan Department is located in the RJ Building in Dandan. <\/p>\n<p>Bank of Saipan is the CNMI\u2019s oldest locally chartered bank and operates exclusively in the CNMI.
