Directive 14, the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. adjusted the business hours of its Customer Center effective yesterday, March 25, 2020, until further notice: <\/p>\n<p>-Cashier\/Payments: Monday to Friday: 8am to 1pm<br \/>\n-Customer Service: Monday to Friday: 8am to 1pm <\/p>\n<p>The Customer Center will only be entertaining critical transactions from its customers as follows: <\/p>\n<p>1. Payment and token purchases<br \/>\n2. Reconnections (existing connections)<br \/>\n3. Prepay meter applications (for online\/web-based meters)<br \/>\n4. Termination of service(s)<br \/>\nCUC reminds its customers to follow the COVID-19 prevention measures when entering the Customer Center as this was put in place to protect our customers and our employees.
