B.J. Cruz announced that he will be introducing a bill to increase the minimum wage from the current $7.25 an hour to $10.10 an hour three years from now.<\/p>\n<p>Cruz said the wage hike would be staggered. He is proposing a $0.95-cent increase in each of the next three years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve already increased the Government of Guam.
