It can be limiting and frustrating to not be able to do what you were used to doing by yourself. But Saipan Go aims to change that as it officially launched yesterday finding its niche\u2014help people continue to fulfill daily routines without ever having to leave home. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn these hard times due to this worldwide pandemic, we deliver our services to ensure that the community within Saipan are all safe from exposure of the infection. We encourage the community of Saipan to stay home and stay safe,\u201d said Saipan Go president Valentina Rivera<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur various services include food delivery from affiliated restaurants, market shopping within our Facebook page and website, post office run, and laundry delivery service with pick-up and drop off\u2026we ensure that we follow our three main mission statements for all customers, which are reliability,  trustworthiness, and cleanliness,\u201d Rivera added.<\/p>\n<p>Rivera explains how Saipan Go can be maximized by customers and uses Facebook and their website as reliable mediums for their platform. \u201cIf a customer contacts us through Facebook or our website, they are assured that we will reach back to them as quickly as we can  as we want the experience to be simple and easy for everyone. We even have an online payment in our website so it\u2019s really quick and no hassle,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe process is when a customer chooses the service they want, we inform them of the specifics through a message and after payment confirmation, we go ahead and do what you need for us to do,\u201d she added<\/p>\n<p>Rivera said that customers can enjoy a wide range of services aside from food delivery which they can order through Facebook or the Saipan Go website. \u201c\u2018Laundry Drop-Off\u2019 means Saipan Go will pick up your laundry and drop it off to the laundromat and then pick it up after the attendant is done and drop it back to your location. \u2018Market Shopping; is done by giving us a security deposit and we get the items on your grocery list for you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Our Post Office Run\u2019 is either we pick up your package and drop it off to the USPS and send the package out or we can pick up your post office key and get your mail or package  from your box and deliver it back to you\u2026 we are very fluid in what we can do for you like pick up a package from DHL or Customs and back to DHL and then proceed delivery to your home,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Go has a pool of drivers that follow protocol\u2014wearing facemasks and sanitizing hands at all times as part of their promotion of good health, especially when handling food. Rivera said them gaining the people\u2019s trust is what also sets them apart from similar businesses. \u201cPeople know me personally and  the work that I\u2019ve done networking and with government agencies. I\u2019ve created Let\u2019s Learn Chamorro and Let\u2019s Learn Refaluwasch with different agencies such as the Public School System so I think a lot of people can trust us in the services we offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are just glad we\u2019re here for people and we are also proud of how quick we are  to reply to questions from customers. We are kind to people and we try to route our services in the quickest way for us to deliver their items,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Go plans to provide services for the long haul and immediate plans include extending service to Rota and Tinian. \u201cEven after the pandemic, we hope to continue to do these services for people who are too busy to go get food for lunch or dinner, laundry, market shopping, or a post office run, we want to be able to help our customers in any way they need us,\u201d Rivera said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also want to be able to shop for our brothers and sisters on Tinian and Rota.
