There will be no walk-in service during the drive-thru period.<\/p>\n<p>This is intended to ensure the safety and protection of the public and\u00a0NAP\u00a0personnel from COVID-19, in compliance with Gov. Ralph DLG Torres\u2019 extended Public Health Emergency declaration and for ensuring the protocols for social distancing are in place.<\/p>\n<p>Walk-in service for benefit pick-up will only be available from May 18 to 29, 2020. Additionally, only those whose names appear on the valid\u00a0NAP\u00a0Identification Card may receive their household\u2019s benefits. In addition to the\u00a0NAP\u00a0Identification Card, the individual must have a valid photo identification card such as a valid driver\u2019s license or passport.<\/p>\n<p>The Nutrition Assistance Program has developed a schematic of how the benefit distribution will take place.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/NAP-Distribution-Layout.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-321944\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/NAP-Distribution-Layout-300x191.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"191\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Issuance schedule<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/issu.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-321950\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/issu-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Issuances for Open Day will also be conducted through drive-thru. Open Day is intended for households who missed or were unable to pick up their benefits according to the Issuance Schedule. The\u00a0NAP\u00a0will strictly enforce the issuance schedule, so there will be no early issuances.<\/p>\n<p>Carpooling or car-sharing is allowed; however, households must follow their schedule in order to receive their benefits.<br \/>\nWalk-in service, for benefit pick up only will be available from May 18 to 29, 2020.<br \/>\nHouseholds who would like to inquire about the status of their applications may contact the\u00a0NAP\u00a0office at 237-2801 or 2802.
