Contact Resel Billy at 989-2577 or via email resel.billy@liheap.gov.mp to schedule appointment.<\/p>\n<p>LIHEAP assists low-income families through Commonwealth Utilities Corp. subsidy benefits for cooling assistance and energy crisis assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility requirements: applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident; applicant must be the CUC account holder; applicant must have a social security number; applicant must fall within the low income bracket<\/p>\n<p>Documents required upon applying are: Birth Certificate or Passport for household members; social security card of all for household members; proof of income (three latest check stub); CUC bill.<\/p>\n<p>The program\u2019s business hours are from 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, at the Carolinian Affairs Office.
