(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>After being chosen by a panel of local artists, the artwork of Mount Carmel School sophomore YuJeong Son is the winner of the 12th annual Northern Marianas Congressional Art Competition. <\/p>\n<p>This was learned via Delegate Gregorio Kilili C. Sablan\u2019s digital newsletter, e-Kilili, issued oner the weekend. Sablan\u2019s office sponsors the local leg of the annual competition.<\/p>\n<p>As the CNMI contest winner, Son\u2019s artwork,\u00a0Dream in the Mariana Sea, will be displayed over the coming year at the U.S. Capitol alongside the artwork from congressional districts all across the nation. <\/p>\n<p> \u201cThank you to all the young artists who entered this year.
