A field office representative is available to take calls Monday through Friday, from 8am to 3pm.<\/p>\n<p>If you are requesting a\u00a0new, replacement or corrected Social Security Card,\u00a0 complete an application and mail it to your local Social Security office with the\u00a0required documents.\u00a0\u00a0All documents submitted must be either originals or copies certified by the issuing agency.
