Nicholson. <\/p>\n<p>In an email to Saipan Tribune Saturday, Nicholson said USCIS will publish the revised Form I-129C on uscis.gov on or before this Thursday. Starting Thursday, USCIS will reject any older edition of Form I-129CW postmarked on or after that day.<\/p>\n<p>Last May 14, USCIS published an interim final rule implementing the NMI U.S. Workforce Act of 2018. Nicholson said the interim final rule, which will take effect Thursday, includes a revised Form I-129CW Petition for a CNMI-only Nonimmigrant Worker and instructions.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the interim final rule is to protect U.S. workers in the CNMI and ensure that U.S. workers will not be displaced or be a competitive disadvantage for employment. <\/p>\n<p>Gov.
