The celebration will also be streamed live for a virtual commemoration of the event. In a later statement, Triple J said it upholds a strong commitment to giving back to the island community. \u201cAlthough 2020 has proven to be more challenging than any other time in history, Triple J\u2019s commitment remains unchanged.\u00a0 We are pleased to be able to again support the mayors of Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and the Liberation Day Committee, who, together, coordinated the upcoming virtual festivities to honor those who made our freedom possible and to remember the resiliency of our local people 74 years ago,\u201d said Mike Sablan, vice president for Triple J Enterprises, Inc.
