{"id":326877,"date":"2020-07-23T06:01:40","date_gmt":"2020-07-22T20:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=326877"},"modified":"2020-07-23T06:01:40","modified_gmt":"2020-07-22T20:01:40","slug":"navfac-awards-60m-deal-for-ae-services-in-pacific","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/navfac-awards-60m-deal-for-ae-services-in-pacific\/","title":{"rendered":"NAVFAC awards $60M deal for AE services in Pacific"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM\u2014Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific awarded yesterday a $60-million an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract to POWER Engineers, Inc., of Meridian, Idaho, for architect-engineer services for various electrical engineering projects and related services at various locations within the NAVFAC Pacific area of operations.<\/p>\n<p>The work to be performed provides for AE electrical services; engineering studies; plans, specifications, and cost estimates including preparation of design-build request for proposal contract documents or design bid build contract documents; functional analysis concept design development; and post construction services.\u00a0 Projects may involve new construction, alteration, repair, and installation of electrical facilities and systems.<\/p>\n<p>Work will be performed at various Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and other government facilities in Guam and the CNMI, Australia, and Hawaii.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of July 2025.
