{"id":326964,"date":"2020-07-24T10:33:15","date_gmt":"2020-07-24T00:33:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=326964"},"modified":"2020-07-24T10:33:15","modified_gmt":"2020-07-24T00:33:15","slug":"water-outage-in-upper-gualo-rai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/water-outage-in-upper-gualo-rai\/","title":{"rendered":"Water outage in Upper Gualo Rai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the public that there will be a scheduled water service interruption for the upper Gualo Rai area on Monday, July 27, 2020, from 8am to 12pm.  <\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the scheduled water interruption is to allow CUC\u2019s contractor, AIC Marianas, to perform system improvements by cutting and capping the existing 6-inch Asbestos Cement Pipe line. As a result a more reliable water system will be provided. This work is part of CUC\u2019s Gualo Rai Waterline Replacement Project funded by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. <\/p>\n<p>CUC appreciates the public\u2019s understanding and cooperation throughout this scheduled water outage and will continue to work diligently to minimize any inconvenience to its customers. <\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact the CUC Customer Call Center (664-4282) or monitor our Facebook page for the latest updates (https:\/\/wwvv.facebook.com\/CommonwealthUtilitiesCorporation\/).
