After opening OHAS Caf\u00e9 earlier this month showcasing freshly baked bread and premium cakes, Kensington Hotel brings the hotel dining experience to another level during the COVID-19 pandemic as everybody\u2019s favorite, Loria International Restaurant, reopens tomorrow, July 30, with a theme called \u201cTime for Authentic Gourmet Parades.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cA Time for Authentic Gourmet Parades\u201d showcases exotic flavors from Asian and Western cuisines and \u201cA La Minute\u201d buffet-style experience where dishes are prepared right away when you order it. All menus are served a la minute where guests can order 17 kinds of world cuisine constantly without extra charge until they are satisfied.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026 Loria intends to evoke a \u2018fine dining\u2019 ambiance where guests can unleash their appetite for great food and adventure\u2026 We always start with freshly prepared bread, butter, garden salad, and soup of the day to get the taste buds tingling. For lunch and dinner, I added a new spin on some dishes that will be featured for the theme tomorrow,\u201d Kensington Hotel executive chef Lee Inok said<\/p>\n

\u201cThe array of food will include lasagna with bolognese made of beef ragweed, vegetables, wine, cheese, and tomato sauce that have been boiled for more than five hours and is even more special with a pesto sauce made from basil grown directly at \u2018Kensington Garden.\u2019 \u2018Padak\u2019 is a famous Korean crispy fried chicken dish marinated in a little bit of sweet and salty soy sauce and topped with green onions. For dessert, we have espresso tiramisu to end the dining experience right,\u201d Inok added.<\/p>\n

Loria International Restaurant is open four days a week. Thursday and Friday serves dinner only from 6pm to 2pm, Saturday open for lunch from 11:30am to 2pm, and dinner from 6pm to 9pm, and Sunday open for lunch from 11:30am to 2pm.<\/p>\n
