The suspect in the case was identified as Rudolph Rudolph.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, July 19, 2020, at about 3:43pm, Judge Theresa Kim-Tenorio signed and authorized the issuance of an arrest warrant for Rudolph for the charges of sexual assault of a minor in the first degree and sexual assault of a minor in the second degree, with a cash bail set at $50,000.<\/p>\n<p>Rudolph was arrested on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at approximately 10:06am in Chalan Kanoa.
