Zajradhara, who was charged by the Office of the Attorney General after his wife claimed that he hit her head at their home in China Town.<\/p>\n<p>Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja dismissed the case against the 57-year-old Zajradhara upon the OAG\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<p>In the government\u2019s motion to dismiss filed Monday, assistant attorney general Erin Toolan asked the case\u2019s dismissal \u201cin the interest of justice.\u201d No other details were provided in the motion.<\/p>\n<p>The information charged Zajradhara with only disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>According to Toolan in the information, Zajradhara hit his wife with a towel or his hand. Police said the wife was crying while carrying her baby when police officers responded to the house last May 25. The wife was taken to the hospital after she complained of dizziness and head pain.<\/p>\n<p>Zajradhara was arrested that same day, initially on charges of assault and battery, assault, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>Zajradhara reportedly claimed accidentally hitting his wife with a towel. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Superior Court dismissed Wednesday the criminal case against Zaji O.
