Police were dispatched to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival at around 4:18pm, police met with the caller at the scene. The caller led police to a vehicle that had its front windshield damaged by an unknown object. Police were shown the surveillance footage from the night prior, which showed a male individual throwing an object toward the vehicle. Upon reviewing the footage, police immediately recognized the suspect as Lucas Manglona from prior incidents. At about 4:40pm, police located the suspect near the area and arrested him at about 4:44pm.
