On the same day, Guam Gov. Leon Guerrero issued an executive order extending the stay-at-home orders for Guam through Sept. 4, with an exception for banks, which are allowed to re-open, effective Friday, Aug. 28.<\/p>\n<p>Bank of Hawaii resumed its regularly scheduled hours for Hagatna and Harmon branches last Saturday, Aug. 29 (9am to 10am for Manamko hour), 10am to 1pm).<\/p>\n<p>The bank encourages Guam customers to sign up for and use its digital banking services.
