Together, club members collected a total of 14 bags of trash.<\/p>\n<p>Led by club president Alicia Barbo and FVDG Lion Atoy Banting, a total of 19 club members were spread out in three different locations to pick up trash at the adopted beach and the surrounding areas of the club\u2019s two adopted bus stop shelters along the highway.<\/p>\n<p>After the club\u2019s cleanup in Tanapag, Saipan Unity Lions Club members proceeded to prepare and paint empty drum cans for distribution to different schools on Saipan, in preparation for the upcoming school opening. The club will be distributing these drums for use as trash bins to beneficiary schools. This project has been one of the club\u2019s community service activities, made possible by the kind donation of used empty drums from community partners like Pacific Islands Club Saipan, in coordination with its general manager, Gloria Cavanaugh, and Pacific Eco Laundry.
