On Rota it’s the Northern Marianas College.

CEC executive director Julita A. Villagomez enumerated the designated polling sites over the weekend.

Speaking at a radio news briefing last Friday, Villagomez said the health standards that were set when the COVID-19 pandemic started and until Nov. 3 will not be loosened. Villagomez said actually he is looking at adding more personnel on Nov. 3 to make sure they have a person in each area voting site to monitor the safety measures in place.

“We need to stay on top of this and we need to pay attention to all the details because we’re also watching what’s happening down south,” Villagomez said, referring to Guam’s pandemic situation. “We want to make sure that everyone is safe. I hope that the general public understands.”

He said there are different strains of positive cases that they are seeing as well, so there might be some slight delays in the screening process as more questionnaires will be given to voters and there may be added layers to the health protocols. “So these are the things that we want to continue to share with the public and bring education to them and expect the unusual for this election at the polling places,” he said.

Where to vote during the Nov. 3 election
On Saipan:
-Precinct 1A-San Antonio (Koblerville Youth Center)
-Precinct 1B-San Vicente (Dandan Middle School)
-Precinct 1C Koblerville (Southern High School)
-Precinct 2 Chalan Kanoa (Joeten Kiyu Library)
-Precinct 3A San Jose (Oleai Elementary School)
-Precinct 3B Garapan (Garapan Elementary School)
-Precinct 4A Tanapag (Tanapag Youth Center)
-Precinct 4B San Roque (San Roque School)
-Precinct 4C Capitol Hill (Legislature)
-Precinct 5 Kagman (Chacha Oceanview Middle School)

On Tinian
-Tinian Gymnasium

On Rota
-NMC

The Commonwealth Election Commission has already designated the polling sites on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota…

[4
732
post-332173","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-local-news","tag-cec
["GET
