Saipan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Xerox Corp. Saipan located in Garapan, which supplies copiers and printers to businesses and the local and federal government, hired Northern Marianas College graduate Naomi Tudela last March as client manager to better ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Tudela is responsible for taking care of clients\u2019 needs to keep up with new technologies and automate office workflow<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs client manager, I represent the client with their Xerox needs in their office, solutions needs which connects our clients to the use of technology without sacrificing convenience security and affordability, software needs and anything that they need for whatever to perform more efficiently. Even during this pandemic, we have had businesses that needed quick solutions and so we are able to deliver,\u201d Tudela said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI started in March right at the beginning of pandemic and the support from the staff and company have been amazing. They check on our families, our health and safety, and even during and after super typhoons Soudelor and Yutu, Xerox have really supported all their employees and families,\u201d Tudela added.<\/p>\n<p>Born and raised on Saipan, Tudela is a proud graduate of Mt. Carmel High School and took up Business Management at NMC. \u201cWe are currently a team of five in the company. Although small, we work as a family and we support every single customer that uses our products\u2026 We are all local hires at Xerox, our technician is local and he is very gracious to help customers right away,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_332922\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-332922\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Tudela-pix.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-332922\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Tudela-pix-1024x531.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"498\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-332922\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Xerox Corp. In fact, we fly in technicians from Guam and even from the states especially during the disaster to support clients and keep businesses going. With the dedication and commitment that we have, I really stand by our brand. Xerox Corp. is a Fortune 500 company and they really take care of their employees,\u201d Tudela added.<\/p>\n<p>Providing service in the CNMI for over 30 years, fellow client manager Ciara Ada said that Xerox come up with new products every three to five years. \u201cWe just came up with a new product line our AltaLink series C-81 series B-81 series and these are improved product line from our last product launch which we did three years ago . We are hoping to do another show about our products,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUpcoming plans include releasing our wide format product which means we are going to start selling wide format printers which can print big banners, engineering maps things like that. In the past we didn\u2019t sell these as much and actually stopped selling them a while back. Now that we are getting back into that, we are going to be servicing the wide format products and providing supplies and we are looking forward to that,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xerox Corp.
