She is in charge of talking to businesses and that’s on top of always of providing excellent customer service.

“I seek various businesses and try to offer them the best solutions for their telecommunication or networking needs. I officially started this position in the early week of October…this is a new role for me at DOCOMO for I have been with the company for five years doing business services in the past,” she said.

“My day is never without attending meetings or doing client calls talking to people. Due to COVID-19, work goes on as I have had a lot of meetings done virtually or sometimes through the phone which makes it a bit difficult but we still find a way to make it work. Other than that, it has been the right kind of busy,” she added

Rabago embarked on a journey to join the workforce after graduating from Kagman High School in 2004 and slowly but surely built up a career that she enjoys. “I have been working since I graduated from high school and most of my work experience is in the private sector dealing with customer service.
