On Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at about 3:16pm, the CNMI Department of Public Safety received a 911 call reporting a\u00a0theft\u00a0incident at the Smiling Cove Marina in Garapan. Police dispatched to the scene met with the caller who told police that their cooler had been taken from their vessel while parked within the inner cove of the marina. Specifically, the item reported missing was a white, 250-quart, Yeti brand cooler.<\/p>\n
DPS would like to remind the public to be diligent when purchasing, receiving, or storing stolen items, or purchasing fishing and camping equipment from unknown individuals or online.
