Camacho imposed a $10,000 cash bail on Queena Fitial for allegedly threatening another woman with a machete and also taking the woman\u2019s cellphone. <\/p>\n<p>Fitial was arrested on Oct. 30, and was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, burglary, assault, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>Following her bail hearing last week, Fitial was remanded back to the custody of the Department of Corrections. Fitial is set to return to court on Nov. 12 at 9am for a preliminary hearing; she will be arraigned on Nov. 17.<\/p>\n<p>The court appointed the Public Defender\u2019s Office to represent Fitial, while assistant attorney general Heather Barcinas appeared for the government.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, Fitial was arrested last week for threatening her female neighbor with a machete. Fitial allegedly accused the woman of stealing her $50 after drinking beer with her the night before.
