It is with a heavy heart that IT&amp;E announces that the location will be closed effective Dec. 24, 2020. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank the community for patronizing our Wireless Express Center. Since the center opened more than a decade ago, technology has changed and advanced, but our friendly customer service and strong relationship with our customers has always been constant. We remain committed to providing the world-class service and products our customers expect,\u201d said Rose Soledad, IT&amp;E CNMI general manager. <\/p>\n<p>For assistance, customers can chat live with a customer service representative online at ite.net, call the Customer Care Center at 682-4483, or visit our Chalan Laulau location Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. <\/p>\n<p>The Wireless Express Center opened in 2008, when the smartphone and wireless data were first entering the market. The center provided a place for customers to learn more about new mobile technology, purchase products, and make payments.
