{"id":335850,"date":"2020-12-29T06:05:43","date_gmt":"2020-12-28T20:05:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=335850"},"modified":"2020-12-29T06:05:43","modified_gmt":"2020-12-28T20:05:43","slug":"atalig-nmi-spent-quite-a-bit-to-keep-everyone-safe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/atalig-nmi-spent-quite-a-bit-to-keep-everyone-safe\/","title":{"rendered":"Atalig: NMI spent quite a  bit to keep everyone safe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Finance Secretary David DLG Atalig said the CNMI government did spend \u201cquite a bit\u201d of money to keep the islands safe against the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at a radio news briefing last Thursday, Atalig did not provide figures but stated that those will be highlighted in a yearend report for fiscal year 2020 that he is finalizing. He intends to submit this report to Gov.
