The Commonwealth Zoning Board has approved a company\u2019s application for a conditional use permit to use a vacant 2,600-square-meter lot in Afetnas for horseback riding. <\/p>\n
In an interview after the Zoning board\u2019s public hearing at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe Wednesday night, Zoning administrator Geralyn C. Dela Cruz said that P&A Corp. will be conducting guided horse tours in their property. \u201cSo they cannot go out into the public streets,\u201d Dela Cruz said. \u201cSo everything is to be done in their property.\u201d<\/p>\n
The administrator said there is only one horse. \u201cTheir goal is to provide more outdoor entertainment for the community,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The location of the proposed Horseback Riding area is behind the Sunshine Laundry on Afetna Road.<\/p>\n
Dela Cruz said the company also owns the roller skates at the Winners\u2019 compound in Afetnas.<\/p>\n
