There will be specialty drinks and prizes for the best costumes. Proceeds will benefit the club&#8217;s annual &#8220;Live Your Dream&#8221; award. (PR)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Free webinar today on changes to PPP, EIDL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Saipan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the CNMI Small Business Development Center, is hosting a free webinar, \u201cUnderstanding the Changes to the US Congress New Relief Package,\u201d today, Feb. 11, at 10am via Zoom.<br \/>\nThe event includes a presentation from Ken Lujan, branch manager of the U.S. Small Business Administration\u2019s Guam Office, regarding changes to SBA\u2019s Paycheck Protection Program and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan. The event is scheduled for 1pm at the Natibu Park Antonio M.
