According to PSGPC president Jess Pantaleon, due to their clients\u2019 needs, they have grown with the times, always evolving and added more services including insurance brokerage, real estate appraisal, digital printing, notary services, and a men\u2019s and women\u2019s salon. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have stayed in business for 17 years because of the trust that our clients and our business partners put in us and you can say that PSGPC is like a one-stop shop. We try to cater to our clients\u2019 business and individual needs as much as we can like when a client comes to our office for notary of a vehicle bill of sale, after the notary service we offer them insurance coverage because we are an insurance broker and most of the time they also ask us to do the registration of their vehicle,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen they come back the next day, they have insurance coverage and the new registration. It saves them time and they do not have to skip work. We also handle the insurance coverage, documents handling, tax preparation, and employee work permits processing of all our bookkeeping clients,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to clients, PSGPC does not cherry pick as they are in the business of protecting individuals, business entities, and corporations from risk of financial losses. \u201cWe provide service to everyone in need of our service whether it is a small or big companies, individuals or startups\u2026 Because of the nature of our business, we have a diverse clientele such as food catering businesses, private schools, construction companies, retail and wholesale stores, dive shops, automobile repair companies, air-conditioning business, restaurants, beauty salon, bed-and-breakfast, non-profit organization, shipping companies, consulting, carwash, building rentals, and other business industries,\u201d Pantaleon said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo us our clients are not just business they our friends and part of our PSG family. We take care of their business as if it is our own and almost 70% of our clients have been with us for more than 10 years and some have been with us for 17 years. Our new clients are mostly referrals from our existing clients,\u201d Pantaleon added. <\/p>\n<p>With regards to credibility and dependability, PSGPC has experienced staff that provides service depending on the client needs. \u201cThey have more than 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, tax preparation, insurance, business operations, and real estate appraisal. We also have staff in the field of beauty care which provides excellent services from head to toe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery time a client walks into our office we want them to feel welcomed and when they walk out of our office,  we want them to feel joy and peace knowing that whatever it was they needed when they walked in, our company was able to help them accomplish it,\u201d Pantaleon said. <\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cWe would like to thank all our clients for trusting us through the years as we would not have made it this far without their support. We know that everyone is having a hard time right now. Let us just support each other, we will get through this pandemic.
