It includes faculty and graduate students from a wide variety of disciplines, among them anthropology, history, education, landscape architecture, sociology, political science, Spanish and Portuguese, ethnic studies, city planning, gender studies, and many others.

Zhang, who has been teaching a majority of the hospitality classes at NMC since 2017, holds a Ph.D. in hospitality and tourism management from Purdue University. She also holds a master’s degree in hospitality management from Cornell University and Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University.

Interested individuals who would like to learn more about Zhang’s presentation can reach out to her through email at yunzi.zhang@marianas.edu.
