We will inform the community of the new launch date of Project Liffang once it is decided,\u201d said UCA president Frank Rabauliman.<\/p>\n<p>Project Liffang was supposed to kick off this coming Saturday, March 20, 2021, at the Carolinian Utt in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which is a UCA collaboration with the Carolinian Affairs Office and CNMI Women\u2019s Association, is intended to promote local entrepreneurship and help the community through these trying times. The project is the result of brainstorming among the UCA board of directors, which has been wanting to implement a community project since 2020.
