Paire Football Club and Saipan United remain the teams to beat in their respective divisions of the 2021 Spring M-League held at the NMI Soccer Training Cente in Koblerville.<\/p>\n

Paire and Saipan United continued with their win streaks after conquering their foes in their respective matches last weekend to maintain their No. 1 spot in the overall standings. <\/p>\n

Paire maintained their top spot in Division A after taking a default win against MP United, 3-0, after the latter forfeited the match. <\/p>\n

Saipan United took a contrasting win last Thursday edging out the Women\u2019s National Team, 2-1, in their match in Division B. <\/p>\n

Saipan United took the lead in the 15th minute behind Kenneth Guo who made the first goal of the match. Saixian Bagsic followed suit in the 44th minute with another goal. <\/p>\n

In an effort to catch up, the Women\u2019s National Team\u2019s Gabi Race took scored a goal in the 78th minute but it was too late. <\/p>\n

DIVISION A
\nNMI U18 A 0, NMI U18 B 0<\/strong>
\nThe match between the sister teams ended in a 0-0 draw last Friday. The match was the first draw for NMI U18 A who still remain unbeaten with two wins under its belt. The team holds the No. 3 spot in the season\u2019s overall standings. <\/p>\n

Kanoa 4, Old B Bank 0<\/strong>
\nKanoa bagged its first win of the season against Old B Bank last Sunday. John Guiller Canape took the lead for Kanoa in the first 20 minutes, scoring his first goal in the 9th minute followed by another in the 19th. <\/p>\n

Kanoa\u2019s Ruselle Zapanta continued to hound Old B Bank after making a goal in the 52nd minute with help from Christian Buno who scored the last goal in the 77th minute.<\/p>\n

TanHoldings 6, The One 1<\/strong>
\nTan Holdings currently holds the second spot in Division A after hammering The One from start to finish in their caging last Sunday.
\nMark Esalan led the way with his three goals with help from Mareko Tekopua who contributed two goals. Ronnel Ocanada and Michiteru Mita each added a goal. <\/p>\n

DIVISION B
\nBangladesh FC 5, Island Star 0<\/strong>
\nBangladesh FC\u2019s Shukqur Ali and Soheal Akanda led the way to victory after making two goals apiece with help from Mohammad Ariful Islam, Rassel, and Titu Ahmed who added one goal each. <\/p>\n

Shirley\u2019s 6, Matansa 3<\/strong>
\nShirley\u2019s nipped Matansa behind Guang Zhi Jin who made the three defining goals of the match. <\/p>\n

Matansa and Shirley\u2019s were left in a tie in the 67th minute before Jin hammered them in the last 13 minutes. <\/p>\n

Shirley\u2019s took the lead in the first 40 minutes behind Lalaine Pagarao who scored two goals and HoJin Woo who contributed one. <\/p>\n

Matansa bit back in the next 20 minutes of the match behind Rakib Hassan who made two goals and Gabriel Jr. Arkoh who scored one. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
