Aquino to serve on the 16th Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council. <\/p>\n<p>SNILD JGO chair Sen. Edith Deleon Guerrero (D-Saipan) presided over the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>When Saipan Tribune left the House\u2019s chamber, Aquino had just finished his testimony. <\/p>\n<p>Aquino talked about, among other things, his many projects at the CNMI Museum where he serves as director since 2017. <\/p>\n<p>Several persons testified to support Aquino\u2019s nomination. <\/p>\n<p>Saipan Mayor David M. Apatang who nominated Aquino, and former governor Benigno R.
