I assume that U.S. Labor Secretary Thomas Perez is fully aware about the urgency to grant an extension on the Commonwealth-only worker program beyond Dec. 31, 2014, so why is he not doing it yet? Again and again, we cannot over-emphasize the impact of delaying the announcement. It creates an uncertainty not only to the guest workers but also to their family here and back home.<\/p>\n

Please stop putting the guest workers under this very stressful situation. They do not at all deserve this.<\/p>\n
