(Contributed photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Shirley\u2019s FC officially secured the top seed in Division A of the Dove Women\u2019s Spring League 2021 following their match last Sunday at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville.<\/p>\n<p>With just one match away from the finals, Shirley\u2019s earned the top seed by a landslide with a win-loss record of 7-0 and one draw.<\/p>\n<p>Shirley\u2019s eased past TanHoldings last Sunday with a 9-2 victory further widening the gap for top the seed in Division A.<br \/>\nIn its match against TanHoldings, Shirley\u2019s Katrina Costales led the way with her three goals with contributions from Jerlyn Castillo, who added 2 goals, and Jullianne Hall, Fiona Bucalig, and Mae Ito contributing a goal apiece.<\/p>\n<p>Shirley\u2019s secured the lead in the first 10 minutes with back-to-back goals from Hall, Costales, and Castillo.<\/p>\n<p>In the 11th minute, TanHoldings\u2019 Hix Tamia landed a goal in an attempt to catch up to their foes, but Costales came back with two goals in the 13th and 14th minute followed by a goal from Bucalig in the 20th minute.<\/p>\n<p>Aubrey Castro secured the last goal for TanHoldings in the 35th minute of the match before Ito and Castillo finished the game off with another two goals.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_343521\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-343521\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-343521\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Shirleys-pix-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-343521\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Shirley\u2019s FC officially secure the top seed for Division A of the Dove Women\u2019s Spring League 2021 following their match last Sunday at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville. (Contributed photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>DIVISION A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Southern United 5, Kanoa 5<\/strong><br \/>\nSouthern United maintained the No. 2 spot in the Division A rankings after its third draw of the season. The team currently holds a 3-2 win-loss record.<\/p>\n<p>Southern United\u2019s Kaithlyn Chavez showed the way with three goals with help from Britany Wally and Christina Atalig who contributed a goal each.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Kanoa\u2019s Irish Pagarao carried the team after landing all five of the team\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIVISION B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shirley\u2019s 3, TanHoldings 3<\/strong><br \/>\nMeanwhile, Shirley\u2019s clinched the top seed for Division B after last Sunday\u2019s match. Following the draw against TanHoldings, Shirley\u2019s holds a win-loss record of 6-0 and one draw and is just two games away from finals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Southern United 7, MP United 0<\/strong><br \/>\nSouthern United coasted past MP United behind Keisha Deleon Guerrero who landed four of the team\u2019s winning goals with help from Megan Elayda who contributed two and Erin Frink who added one.<\/p>\n<p>Southern United holds the No. 2 spot in the division with a win-loss record of 5-2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MASTERS<\/p>\n<p>TanHoldings 1, Kanoa 0<\/strong><br \/>\nTan Holdings\u2019 Mariquit Chavez carried her team to victory after making the lone goal in the 50th minute of the match.
