Tickets are currently on sale for $20 each.<\/p>\n<p>Committee officers include Ana B. Ada, chairperson; Kimo M. Rosario, vice chairman; Edward Calvo, treasurer; and Daisy Manglona-Propst, secretary.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Rosario said, \u201cFree appetizers and one free drink come with each purchased ticket. Most importantly, the event provides an opportunity for both the candidate and supporters to engage in healthy discourse at an individualized or personal level.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndividuals interested in purchasing tickets are kindly asked to contact our committee chair, Ms. Ana B. Ada, at 287-0966 anytime. I may also be reached at 287-0724 after 4:30pm during regular business days and the weekend preceding the scheduled event. To ensure that no political activities\u2014e.g., selling of fundraising tickets\u2014occur during regular working hours, the committee has decided to control the sale of tickets. Our candidate and committee are committed at honoring and adhering to the Code of Ethics established by most organizations (federal\/local government or private) as far as political functions and activities go,\u201d Rosario added. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease\u00a0join us for a fun evening on Wednesday, May 14, from 5pm to 9pm, at Mr. and Mrs. Ivan and Juanita Propst\u2019s residence, home of the popular Propst Party Pit! Once again, thank you for your support,\u201d committee chair Ada said.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Ed Prospt, an independent candidate for Precinct 1, extends his heartfelt appreciation for the support he has received since he declared his candidacy for a seat in the House of Representatives in the upcoming November elections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf our people in our precinct want me to represent them, then it will happen.
