The forum seeks to foster discussion and a better understanding of the insular cases and their implications to the U.S. territories, specifically Guam.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The panelists and guest speakers will consist of political and legal experts as well as scholars who will help guide the discussion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>PANELISTS:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Guam Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Anita Sukola, retired judge of the Superior Court of Guam;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Guam\u00a0 Attorney General Leevin Camacho;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Carlyle Corbin, international advisor on self-governance and former United Nations; representative from the U.S. Virgin Islands;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Robert A. Underwood, president emeritus of the University of Guam;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ronald L. McNinch, associate professor of Public Administration at the University of Guam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPECIAL GUESTS:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Thomas W. Krise, president of the University of Guam;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Annette T.
