Ralph DLG Torres, Delegate Gregorio Kilili C. Sablan (Ind-MP), and TanHoldings CEO Jerry Tan as guests. <\/p>\n<p>Part of the celebration will be the signing of a proclamation of a CNMI-Republic of the Philippines Friendship, which Torres will sign.<\/p>\n<p>United Filipino Organization president Marcelo Masilungan will also speak.<\/p>\n<p>When asked for comments and his hopes for this Saturday, Arago sympathizes with his countrymen battling the hardships brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, and encourages the CNMI\u2019s Filipino community to help one another.
