The contest was open to residents of the Marianas and invited participants to post their photo of Tinian on Facebook with the hashtags #VisitTheMarianas and #CaptureYourTinianTreasure. Winners were selected by a panel of MVA employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe entries for the #CaputureYourTinianTreasure were really stunning, and it was great to see the people\u2019s enthusiasm for Tinian,\u201d said MVA Tinian Field Operations supervisor Vida Borja. \u201cSocial media is one everyone can help promote the Marianas. We invite everyone to tag their scenic photos of The Marianas with #MyMarianas, #TheMarianas, or #VisitTheMarianas to help share the beauty of our home with the world.<\/p>\n<p>Cash prices were awarded: $150 for first place, $100 for second place, and $75 for third place.
