This was done with the partnership and support of the University of Guam\u2019s Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Education, Research, and Services.<\/p>\n<p>PSS-Special Education director Donna Flores said the professional development was \u201cfocused on increasing school and staff and personnel morale, and promoting a proactive school culture.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>UOG CEDDERS acting director June De Leon facilitated the professional development.<\/p>\n<p>This was PSS\u2019 largest gathering yet, with 175 special education staff, bus drivers, bus conductors, classroom teachers, teacher aides, and related service and school administrators on Saipan, Tinian and Rota.<\/p>\n<p>The event closed with a self-care painting activity with instructor Linda Torres.
