Ralph DLG Torres\u2019 expenditures.<\/p>\n<p>The three witnesses\u2014Police Officer 1 Jomalyn S. Gelacio, special assistant for administration Mathilda A. Rosario, and the Department of Finance\u2019s finance and accounting director Bernadita C. Palacios\u2014wrote separate but identical letters requesting JGO chair Rep. Celina R.
