The Superior Court has retained the $20,000 cash bail that has been set for two men who are accused of burglarizing multiple business establishments. <\/p>\n
Last Friday, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph Camacho kept the initial $20,000 cash bail for Vincent Terlaje and Raymond Palacios, who allegedly burglarized the New Changming Market and Star Jewelry. <\/p>\n
According to court documents, Superior Court Associate Judge Theresa Kim-Tenorio issued a warrant of arrest for Terlaje back in June 8 for the burglary of Star Jewelry in Garapan. <\/p>\n
While carrying out the arrest, police were able to speak with Terlaje\u2019s girlfriend who told them that her boyfriend presented her with a Louis Vuitton bag back in May. Police identified the bag as one of the stolen items reported from a Changming Market burglary that happened around the same time. <\/p>\n
While police were in the area, they noticed a black Toyota Yaris parked on the eastern side of Terlaje\u2019s apartment. <\/p>\n
Police noticed that the same vehicle had been recorded in a surveillance camera next to Changming Market around the same time when the burglary took place. <\/p>\n
Terlaje allegedly later admitted in an interview that the vehicle was operated by Palacios who came up with the plan to burglarize Changming Market. <\/p>\n
An arrest warrant was issued for Palacios on June 28. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
