For this upcoming school year, Bali Fashion on Middle Road in Gualo Rai is having a back-to-school promo from July 26 to Aug. 31, giving parents bigger chances at getting more bang for their bucks.<\/p>\n

Bali Fashion president Shabbir F. Shakir said the store usually has a back-to-school promotion yearly but this year\u2019s promo is extra special. \u201cWe are starting early and ending on the last day of August so we can give community members a chance to get their local stimulus checks so they have means to get their children school uniforms and apparels,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe already have a lot of new items that came in, like school uniforms, such as khaki pants and shorts that are popular with Mt. Carmel School students. We also have casual wear for students who do not wear uniforms in school,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He said most of their items come from the United States and cater to every member of the family, with sizes for children, teenagers, and adults.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor shorts and slacks, we carry big sizes\u20145X, 6X and all the way to size 58. Big sizes are hard to find on Saipan so when people come in and find the right size for them, they are happy,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

For over 25 years, Bali Fashion has been a popular destination for clothes, apparel, bags, shoes, swimwear etc., Name it and they probably have it in quantity, at affordable prices.<\/p>\n

Everyday is discount day at Bali Fashion where they offer 10% to 25% discount on several items. One of the store\u2019s most popular promo is called \u201cMix and Match,\u201d which Shakir said many local residents love.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Mix and Match\u2019 is when you combine items from different choices as long as they are of the same discount price. For example, our three items for $25 promo that is composed of T-shirts, customers can pick out one or two items and replace them with another item, say, a pair of shorts or pants from another rack as long as they are of the same price or promo of three items for $25. This way, a customer can walk out with a complete wardrobe and only spent $25. That is a very good deal and people appreciate it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Since Bali Fashion has been running for over 25 years now, customers have become friends, Shakir said. \u201cIt is great to see the third generation of shoppers come to the store. They remember me and I remember them as children when their parents would bring them to the shop.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am grateful for the community\u2019s support and because of their support we are surviving.. The store was named \u2018Bali\u2019 as it is a local word for guaranteed and, as the name suggests, customers are always guaranteed to get quality items at good prices,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
