Ralph DLG Torres\u2019 travels and expenses, with Bureau of Motor Vehicle director Juana Leon Guerrero being called to testify at the House chamber at 1pm.<\/p>\n<p>JGO chair Rep. Celina R. Babauta (D-Saipan) said in an interview that Leon Guerrero will appear with her counsel, Anthony Aguon.<\/p>\n<p>Babauta said they will also approve at Monday\u2019s session more subpoenas for other witnesses to testify. She did not elaborate.<\/p>\n<p>Last Wednesday\u2019s JGO hearing was postponed due to the passing of Rep. Ivan James Blanco.<\/p>\n<p>The last JGO hearing into Torres\u2019 travels and expenses was on June 20 when special assistant for administration Mathilda A.
