{"id":349785,"date":"2021-08-12T06:05:35","date_gmt":"2021-08-11T20:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=349785"},"modified":"2021-08-12T06:05:35","modified_gmt":"2021-08-11T20:05:35","slug":"last-day-today-to-see-foa-one-act-plays-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/last-day-today-to-see-foa-one-act-plays-production\/","title":{"rendered":"Last day today to see FOA \u2018One Act Plays\u2019 production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Friends of the Art&#8217;s production of\u00a0One Act Plays\u00a0will have its final staging today, Aug. 12, at the\u00a0Garapan Central Park Roundhouse Theater, starting at 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>One Act Plays, written by David Ives, is suitable for adults and youth of all ages and is directed by Harold Easton\u00a0for the Friends of the Arts.<\/p>\n<p>Friends of the Art first staged these humorous and thought-provoking plays yesterday, Aug. 11.<\/p>\n<p>One Act Plays have four one act plays written by Ives, a renowned playwright who achieved his breakthrough success in the 1990s with an evening of one-act plays called All in the Timing, which ran Off-Broadway for over six hundred performances. <\/p>\n<p>Tickets prices for all shows start at $3 for students and $5 for adults.\u00a0You may purchase tickets from members of the play\u2019s cast and at the door or reserve seats\/tickets through Frank Gibson at\u00a0flgibson@yahoo.com.<\/p>\n<p>All members of the community are invited to attend, bring their family and friends, and enjoy the show.\u00a0The Friends of the Arts would like to offer special thanks to its sponsors and to the Division of Parks and Recreation for their support.
