Orsini.<\/p>\n<p>Orsini also said in an interview with him last Thursday that PSS generating and consuming its own electricity will help mitigate learning loss during periods of recovery following natural disasters.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_353470\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-353470\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-353470 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Andrew-L.-Orsini-mug-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-353470\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Orsini<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThis is [an achievement] for our school system, and this is now a precedent that we\u2019re setting. Because of our geographical location, typhoons do come, so we need to be prepared. This [project] would really help us a lot, especially during the time of recovery after a [natural] disaster. My [main] concern is more of the learning loss.
